    Job Description :

    1、打造精英团队，培训下属，协调好个人职位及团队合作关系，并在上级的指导下，完成目标；

    2、负责区域市场的开发，承接订单以及对外事务联络；

    3、定期和不定期拜访重点客户，及时了解和处理问题；

    4、负责业务订单的货款回收工作，保证订单按合同执行；

    5、制定自己团队的销售目标与计划，带头做好销售工作，跟进和落实销售计划的实施情况，完成部门制定的销售目标；销售过程包括联系客户、了解客户需求、推介产品、处理售后。

    Job Requirements :

    1、性格外向、思维活跃，具有独立开发客户（有丰富客户资源的优先）能力，较强的公关能力、谈判能力、和销售技巧；

    2、责任心强，有积极进取的精神，具有良好的分析能力、解决问题能力和较强执行能力；

    3、善于激励、影响人，能与团队分析成果，善于写作和表达；

    4、大专以上学历，3年销售管理工作经历者优先；

    5、有座驾或者有驾照者优先。
